The unit consists of development leaders for archives, archive assistants, lawyers, committee secretaries, communicators, registrars, and development leaders in case management, information security, and data protection. We are located in fine premises at Selma Lagerlöfs Square, where we operate based on an activity-based working method with flexibility, choice, and digital opportunities. We have clear leadership with a concrete leadership philosophy based on Gothenburg City's common approach; we know our mission and who we are here for, we work together, we care, and we think innovatively.

If you also have a post-secondary vocational or university education in archive and information science or equivalent, we consider it an asset. We also see it as an advantage if you have relevant experience in information management/archive work within the public sector.
You should be accustomed to a digital working method and have experience with various IT systems. You should also have good knowledge of the Swedish language, both spoken and written. You have the ability to share information and ideas, both orally and in writing, and adapt your communication according to the recipient, target group, and situation.
To thrive with us, you need to be responsible and take your and the shared tasks seriously. You focus on what is best for the organization and have the ability to work collaboratively with others to perform tasks and achieve goals. You understand the common mission, act accordingly, and contribute to the whole.
You are meticulous, work focused, concerned that your work is performed correctly and thoroughly, leaving nothing to chance. You have the ability to focus on details, complete what you have started, on time and with the desired quality.
